The front desk lady is enthusiastic and patient, providing guests with room maintenance, restaurant introductions, and travel suggestions, leaving a good impression.

Not too clean but acceptable if you have no choice, the service at the reception was pretty good

The room is very large. Although the decoration is old, it is clean and has everything you need. Two bottles of drinking water are also provided. It can be powered independently. It is also more convenient to go out, there are snack bars nearby. Not far from Baiyun Cultural Square, it is very comfortable to go for a walk.

A very unpleasant experience. I checked out at two o'clock in the afternoon and was taking a shower at around twelve o'clock when the cleaning staff started knocking on the door. I asked what I was doing in the bathroom, but the cleaning staff didn't say a word and just used the room card to open the door. Fortunately, I locked the door from the inside before and the cleaning lady didn't come in. Angry, I reported the situation to the front desk. The front desk staff asked the cleaning staff, but the other party made excuses. First, they said that my door was not closed properly and they wanted to remind me. Later, they said that they knocked on the door next door. In this regard, I said that I could call in surveillance or confront the cleaning staff, but in the end it was nothing. If the door is not locked and the cleaning staff comes in directly by swiping my card while I am taking a shower, I will definitely call the police. It's the first time to stay here and it's also the last time.

The environment is poor, the room is still dark and dim, and the aisle is short and dim. The facilities are also poor, the bed is hard, and the two sofa chairs are sunken in the middle and you can sit directly on the wood 🤣🤣🤣 I won’t come here again

It's okay, just average. The air conditioner is broken and needs to be repaired all the time.
