Chimelong Panda Hotel

I stayed at the Panda Hotel during my trip to Chimelong, and my overall experience exceeded expectations. Outside the hotel, there are many simple restaurants, offering a rich variety of dining options. Rooms are cleaned daily, ensuring a tidy and refreshing living environment. A full set of children's toiletries is provided, so you don't need to carry extra when traveling with kids. The mattress offers balanced support, allowing for a restful sleep after a day of fun. All staff are polite and friendly, diligently answering all inquiries. The standardized service model ensures that all reception work is well-organized. The independent balcony in the room is highly practical, good for ventilation and drying clothes. You can freely plan your leisure time, as major theme parks are easily accessible. The park has a wide variety of animals, enjoyable for both adults and children. The sightseeing cable car offers excellent views, and there are attractions suitable for visitors of all ages. The park's greenery is well-maintained, and the environment is kept clean. The Grand Circus show is well-produced, offering a superb viewing experience. Separate dining areas for breakfast, main meals, and snacks allow for flexible meal planning. Knowing the approximate operating hours of the stores helps in planning your itinerary.

Bringing our little one to Chimelong Guangzhou, staying at the Panda Hotel was absolutely the right choice! From the moment we walked in, our child was exclaiming with 'wows,' feeling like they'd stepped into a fairytale castle 🐼. The room was filled with adorable panda elements, with attention to every detail. The hotel is super close to the park and offers a free shuttle bus, so we could come back and rest whenever we got tired. The package included unlimited park access, and we just had to scan our faces to get in – so convenient and hassle-free. Our whole family was incredibly satisfied with this parent-child trip! 💯

I had quite low expectations after reading some reviews online, but I was actually very pleasantly surprised. The room had all the elements my kids love and it was spotless. They even provided amenities for a family of four, including a sterilizer. Although we checked in late, we were able to store our luggage. On the first floor, there are souvenir shops and Li-Ning apparel. The second floor features Crocs and a photo booth that girls would love. If you're not planning on eating at the buffet, the food court on the first floor has plenty of options. Hotel guests also get to enter the zoo half an hour early, so you can easily explore the whole zoo in one morning!

After booking through Ctrip this time, I found that the same package was about 300 yuan more expensive than another platform (Flggy), which is not a small price difference. However, my child is barely 1.2 meters tall and only weighs 19.75 kg, which meant that the few thrilling rides they could potentially go on were strictly off-limits. They were really strict about the height and weight restrictions. The Aviary and Safari Park were favorites with the child, and the water park was also good. Hotel hygiene: Overall good, group management is online. Park environment: Excellent ecological environment. Service: Online, but the park is genuinely huge, and there are so many visitors, so often you have to wait. I suggest providing a comprehensive guide to each park's attractions and specific introductions upon check-in, guiding guests on where to find this information about their stay and activities. Hotel facilities: Didn't inspect the public areas in great detail, but they seemed good; the in-room decor standards aren't particularly high, and some materials like wallpaper on walls and cabinet doors show significant signs of wear and tear. The hardware standard of a single room might be comparable to a hotel like [redacted] after four or five years of operation.

The check-out process is quick and time-saving, ensuring ample time for park visits. Employees are proactive and enthusiastic in their service, readily offering assistance to guests. Luggage storage is well-managed, making personal item storage and retrieval safe and convenient. The housekeeping team is highly efficient in addressing requests, ensuring thorough and complete room cleaning.

Highly recommend Panda Hotel! It's the ultimate family-friendly resort. The themed decor is super photogenic, cleanliness is top-notch, and the amenities are complete. The free shuttle bus goes directly to the zoo and Happy World, saving you the hassle of getting a taxi. The service is attentive, and there are plenty of family activities that the kids absolutely loved. Great value for money!

The day before check-in, a butler proactively contacted us on WeChat to explain the check-in process and suggest sightseeing routes. Check-in is usually at 3 PM, but we could drop off our luggage earlier and go explore. The hotel is decorated with panda themes throughout, and there's a shop and a small kids' play area. We were initially checked into a 'Shuai Shuai King Room' near the elevator, which was too noisy due to constant foot traffic. After informing the butler, they immediately moved us to another room and upgraded us to a 'Prince Family Room.' The service was excellent, really commendable! 👍 However, this new room had a sealed window, meaning no ventilation, and there was a lingering odor in the room. They also extended our check-out time by two hours, so overall, the service was good. 👍 The hotel's environment and facilities are great, and they provide kids' toothbrushes, slippers, and bathrobes, making it perfect for families.
