地段還湊合，在中山大學北門附近，近珠江邊可以看到很好的江景，但有個很大的缺點，蚊子超級多，半夜起來打蚊子，換了一間房還是那樣，不明白哪裡來的蚊子，半夜三更打了一個又一個。。搞到凌晨都沒睡着，累得要死，房間裏的蚊香也是擺設，沒什麼作用。。。真的要崩潰了

服務：真是讓人氣憤😡到點上，一睡醒下來退房，前台的服務態度非常好不好，我們凌晨三四點才辦的入住，退房12點，沒事可以接受訂單也顯示12點退，但是在住期間並沒有接到服務人員的預離電話，直到兩點我們下來，前台人員開口就説到我們訂單是12點退的，前台直接給免費延時到兩點但是需要我們點好評就可以減免費用，不點評就補延時費用……，説得理直氣壯攔着不讓走，大開眼界，氣憤到極點，我們拿出手機説補費用，説不用了，怕我們投訴送小禮品給我們還直接説慢走？然後就轉頭就回前台，我們來到這裏消費就是這樣看前台臉色的？這是什麼樣的服務請問？不點評攔着不給走説補費用又不收，要不是我們趕時間絕對不可能這樣走掉，太欺負人了，可以查監控為證，補你錢你不收，硬要好評是麼，攔着客人，這樣的服務態度太牛，招聘到這樣的前台也是iu酒店的……，沒有管理培訓好就不要上崗，我們一睡醒就被這樣對待影響一天的心情……，有視頻為證，前台一副欠他百萬的感覺，轉頭就走，那你們就慢走吧？
服務：昨晚入住的時候在前台開口問了一瓶礦泉水也是，前台給你翻白眼很不情願的拿了一瓶水放你面前，説房間有礦泉水水的……，這事本來就不想提的，退房又鬧那個事，絕了真的，都什麼樣的服務，花錢買臉色看……

説實話整個酒店都過於舊了，牆皮開裂，地板脱落，這些都勉強算了，剛入住的時候好大一股黴味，和前台反應後換了一間，衹能説服務態度還是可以的，但是這些房間不知道是沒怎麼住人還是什麼原因，都或多或少有黴味，而且房間窗外是個封閉幕牆，夾縫中全是黑色垃圾袋，根本不能通風，房間的換氣聊勝於無，總之是一次不太滿意的體驗

這個酒店，是我有生以來住過的最差酒店，有損廣州形象，地面濕濕的，被子濕濕的，房間又臟又黑，停車還收費，一天100元，不管早餐，價格太高。這次廣州之旅不痛快，原本住兩宿改為一宿。廣州這輩子不會再去了，廣州的原有美好形象盪然無存了。

房間乾淨整潔，有桌子有枱燈方便工作，酒店整體裝修設計很漂亮，大堂旁有一塊區域有沙發椅子可以坐，床夠大各種設施都挺齊全的，好評

房間還是不錯的，特價房，房間空間還可以，不算擁擠
服務態度也不錯，一開始給我們安排了走廊最盡頭的房間，找了前台更換，前台還算耐心等我幫我們換了還算滿意的位置
最後打電話問能不能延遲退房，前台也很爽快答應了，對於起床困難症來説，延遲退房真的很重要！！！
