Zhujiang Hotel

The hotel had some unpleasant check-in times, which is understandable, considering the numerous conferences it hosts, but you shouldn't let your frustrations show on a newly arrived guest. The check-in process was also disorganized, with no inquiries about the number of guests or reservations. It felt like the front desk was very busy and had no process. The entire hotel is blocked by residential buildings in front, so you can't see the Canton Tower, but you can enjoy a pleasant walk along the river outside the hotel. Breakfast was a simple business meal, with all the expected variety. The overall service felt like it catered to the various conference guests. I sincerely don't recommend staying here for leisure, as it won't give you the feeling of a tourist stay. There are many complaints, but as a military-friendly hotel, we hope to improve the quality and provide better facilities and amenities for our military personnel.

Environment: The hotel is surrounded by a vibrant commercial area and boasts its own garden, offering a tranquil retreat amidst the bustle of the city. Service: The front desk was very welcoming.
