The location was good. Right in the center of shopping malls and restaurants. JW Marriott is just next door with Starbucks attached. The downside is that the shower heater doesn’t provide unlimited hot water and have to wait for a while for it to heat up.

i stay here for a week and do love a location!! next door from a Marriot hotel, you can walk to nearest metro like 5-10 mins.

Location is excellent
However the toilet and shower room are so old, there was a cockroach on the floor

The only good thing about this hotel is location. Room isn't clean there're crockroach. You got new towels everyday and they empty your trash can but didn't clean the room.
Hotel staff asked to get in my room to fix a curtain while I wasn't there. They leave without cleaning up.
Wifi is only for local phone no.
To check you need to go up to 27th floor and to go the room you must go to 23rd floor to change the elevator.
Room is always cold!

Crockcoaches in the room, floor not properly clean, bath towel not well prepare for 5 though you can request from the front desk, they are quick to response. Bed is hard for the lower floor. Room looks sticky and dusty. Location is good though.

The hotel place is accessible to all that i need. The reception is excellent

Last time I stayed in this hotel, I left some of my staff on the reception. But when I came back, some one bag has been lost.
On the first day of staying, my airpods has been stolen. I tried to explain to reception, but they did the care. The only person who could do that was cleaner.
I can still see my airpods walking around Guangzhou.
I was absolutely disappointed.
I am not recommending this place, but if you decide to stay keep your belongings with you, because you can be robbed.
