Check in was easy and fast. They allowed early check in for us. Service was very good. We needed to wash our laundry and they helped us with it. They also replied very quickly when we wechat them for any matters. Room was spacious and big and there was ample space for 3 luggages with a troller. It has a very nice view too, we managed to catch the sunrise

The hygiene was excellent, very clean. The rooms were all very spacious and offered great value for money. The service was also very good, and breakfast was included. The subway is right downstairs, which is super convenient. There are also shopping malls and Beijing Road Pedestrian Street nearby, with lots of attractions to visit. They even helped us send and receive packages and provided us with a travel guide. I really recommend staying here!

The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel is conveniently located near attractions and a subway station. The room was spacious, but the in-room facilities weren't great. Water would leak out after showering, and when we informed customer service, they only provided floor cloths to soak it up. The floor tiles were uneven, and occasionally there was a smell of smoke. However, a special thanks goes to the duty manager, Manager Li, for helping us arrange a taxi and even waiting with us until it arrived.
