Crowne Plaza GUANGZHOU CITY CENTRE by IHG

I chose this hotel because I wanted something convenient for my trip and a reliable brand, so I picked Crowne Plaza. To my surprise, it turned out to be an amazing experience! Perhaps because we had to wait a bit longer, the lovely Umi upgraded our room to the 63rd floor and offered a complimentary breakfast for one day. The view from the room was incredible, and we even got to watch fireworks from inside – absolutely fantastic 👍🏻. All in all, this hotel truly goes the extra mile for its guests, paying attention to every detail. It's definitely worth another visit.

The room was clean and tidy, very comfortable overall, and the environment was excellent. The hotel staff were also incredibly warm and provided thoughtful service, especially Pretty, Will, and Sofia – they were fantastic!

The hotel is quite old and the hygiene is subpar. There were no staff members at the hotel entrance, so I had to carry my oversized luggage myself. I was on my own for everything. The room was missing tissues and shampoo, and I had to call to get them replenished. For anything else, I had to go downstairs myself to get it from outside, as there was no delivery robot. It was truly unbelievable.

Traveling with a baby, it was super convenient and nice that they provided a crib. Mia Li at the front desk was very responsible and helpful when communicating. Next time I'm looking for a hotel, this one will be my top choice.

Staying at the Crowne Plaza this time was a great experience. The facilities are comprehensive, and the room was clean and well-maintained. I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff were all enthusiastic, especially Umi and Emily. The hotel's central location makes transportation very convenient. Highly recommended!

Facilities: The hotel facilities are quite good, the gym is excellent, and you can even see the Canton Tower from the 63rd floor with not many people around. Hygiene: To be honest, the hygiene was pretty average. For example, the blinds in the toilet couldn't be fully closed, so there was no point in having them covered in a lot of dust. We booked two rooms, and in one of them, the toothbrush holder had a lot of dust, and even hair. The toilet floor always felt sticky. Environment: The hotel's surrounding environment is good, and the room space is also very large, with a walk-in closet. Service: The front desk staff were nice during check-in, but the people at the entrance generally don't help with luggage from the car.
