When I booked on the business travel platform, the booking page mentioned a souvenir upon check-out, but the front desk didn't offer it proactively. Do guests really have to ask for it themselves? Secondly, the sugar in my room was expired. After I reported it, the hotel contacted me immediately and replaced it. They also mentioned over the phone that they would send some fruit and a souvenir. I asked them to leave it at my door, but it never appeared.

The gym is large and looks impressive. Especially the receptionist, Xiao Tan, who brought me fruit when I checked in, did my laundry, and thoughtfully folded and delivered my clothes to my room. Highly recommended!

The receptionists, Xiao Deng, Xiao Tan, and Xiao Lan, were exceptionally helpful. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was just the right firmness, and I slept very well that night. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, catering to different tastes, and the quality was consistently good. From the facilities to the service details, you can feel the hotel's dedication; it's perfect for business travelers like myself. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!
