True to its reputation as an established hotel, while the exterior might look a bit dated, I found the interior and service to be excellent. They even deliver a complimentary bedtime soup to the room every evening! The hotel's location is super convenient for visiting nearby attractions, and there are plenty of food and drink options around, which is expected in the old town area. All the staff were very polite. My only personal issue, and something I couldn't really get past, was how much water splashed from the sink. The faucet and the basin were too far apart, so I ended up using my disposable hand towels to soak up the water every time instead of throwing them away. This isn't ideal for someone with OCD!

A hidden gem in Guangzhou's old city! Tenfu VOCO perfectly blends the charm of Xiguan Lingnan culture with modern luxury design, creating an incredibly atmospheric experience. The rooms are spacious and bright, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the Xiguan arcade streets. Downstairs, you'll find Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street, and Guangzhou Restaurant is just a two-minute walk away, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. Sunny Lin and James Tan at the front desk were exceptionally gentle and patient, providing meticulous and thoughtful service. They proactively addressed all our needs and questions, paying great attention to detail, making our entire stay comfortable and relaxing. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Guangzhou. Highly recommended!

The room was very spacious! Sunny Lin at the front desk was incredibly attentive and enthusiastic, and she processed everything quickly. We're from Hangzhou, and we were welcomed with a drink and some delicious Guangzhou soup. The hotel also has a pool and gym, and the bed was huge and comfortable. The AC and hot water worked perfectly. It was a very pleasant stay.
