This hotel is doing major renovation now, very dirty and noisy. Trip.com should warn us before our booking

Totally ****ty service and rooms are dark and looks like 1000 years old , renovation going on so all day it’s noisy ,

We have stayed at the President Hotel many times over the last 10 years.
This was our final stay because the rooms are worn out and the reception staff are the opposite of helpful. Had a problem with the electrics in the room and the reception guy decided to ignore our request. Got back to the hotel about 10pm and nothing had been done. Every light in the room was on and wouldn't switch off. Another trip to the reception and electricians were called. 1:00am next morning and a temporary fix allowed us to get some sleep.

This hotel is rather old but the location is very good. There are lots of eateries, shopping malls and electronics shops within walking distance.
Breakfast is quite OK, though not much choices
