Winter travel can be tricky, as many places don’t have a heating system installed. No such problem in Victoria. The temperature inside the guest rooms and the lobby is comfortable. Ask Rainy at the front desk, if any assistance required. He’s your go to guy!

The Victoria is a lovely hotel, and excellent value. They are redecorating rooms and doing an amazing job. My stay was very comfortable, the look is very clean, modern, soft pleasant colors, great furniture features, innovative design, and very comfortable bed.
The layout of switches and electrical outlets are well considered for the convenience of the traveler. Everything was easy to access, not overly complicated.
The front desk staff were very efficient and friendly. The hotel has some interesting amenities in the building, starting with an in lobby Starbucks. There is a nice dining room restaurant, a foot massage, and spa. You don’t have to go out of the building for good services ,but the hotel is located in an area with a lot of places to visit just outside the door.

The hotel is well located, the staff has been very nice and accepted to change my room to have one with a bathtub, which I appreciate. But they informed me at arrival that there were construction work early in the morning at that time, I would have appreciated to be informed earlier. They accepted to cancel the next nights of my reservation, so I could change my accommodation.
The room was relatively clean and comfortable, the only drawback is we could hear noise from outside, especially the alarm of the surrounding rooms where customers didn’t close their door well.
