Chimelong Hotel (Guangzhou Chimelong Safari Park)

My experience at Chimelong Hotel this time was exceptional. It's conveniently located; a ride-sharing service from the airport to the hotel entrance cost just over 100 RMB. There are free shuttle buses connecting all the attractions within the resort. The hotel room was very spacious, featuring a large balcony overlooking lush greenery, so the air quality was fantastic! My kids absolutely loved the Chimelong-themed toiletries, and there were even special baby bath products provided. The hotel's Wi-Fi signal was excellent, and I could even make calls in the elevator. The breakfast at the restaurant was superb, and we could see white tigers and flamingos while we ate. There's also a Kids' Fun Park that's open all day. The room package allowed for early park entry, saving us from long queues. All in all, if you're coming to Chimelong, I highly recommend Chimelong Hotel!

This was one of the most satisfying trips I've had recently. I was lucky enough to get a suite upgrade. The room was spacious, clean, and had excellent natural light and ventilation. It was fully equipped, and they even provided various facilities and supplies specifically for babies, which was very thoughtful. The hotel's overall atmosphere was quiet and comfortable, the environment was tidy and orderly, and the landscaping was exquisitely maintained, making it very relaxing. The breakfast had a staggered seating arrangement, and you could even watch white tigers and flamingos while you ate, with a rich variety of dishes. There's also a 'baby wonderland' on the basement level, with plenty of clean play facilities. My baby had an absolutely fantastic time!

The service at Chimelong Hotel is definitely five-star. Every staff member was patient and enthusiastic, and all our questions received prompt and effective responses. The hotel's shuttle bus allows early park entry, half an hour before opening. So, before 9 AM, there's a bus to the North Gate of the Safari Park, and after 9 AM, it goes to the South Gate, which is very convenient. The hotel itself is a bit dated, and some facilities in the bathroom weren't working perfectly, but that wouldn't stop me from choosing it again. During breakfast, you can watch flamingos and white tigers, and there are even mascots for interaction. There's also a children's play area on the lower ground floor of the hotel lobby, which is great for letting kids burn off some energy in the evening.

Guangzhou in March has really pleasant weather. This hotel was better than I expected! I chose it mainly for the convenience; it's very close to the shuttle stop for the safari park. The highlight was definitely the White Tiger Restaurant – the breakfast spread was extensive, and you get to see white tigers, flamingos, and more. I especially love the animals at Chimelong; you can get up close to them, which makes for an amazing experience! 👍

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Chimelong Hotel. The environment was beautiful and clean, the service was warm and attentive, and the facilities were complete. It was also very convenient for getting around and visiting attractions. The only minor drawback was that the soundproofing in Building 5 wasn't great, and I could occasionally hear outside noises. However, the overall experience was still fantastic, offering great value for money. I highly recommend staying here!

We were upgraded to a family suite, which was incredibly spacious with two bathrooms and two bedrooms. It even had a hot air balloon-themed play area that was absolutely stunning and really set a high expectation! The Chimelong Hotel is super convenient, and the kids' play area is huge, allowing one visit per day. There's also animal feeding and princess dress-up and makeup, which is really enriching. My only complaint is that two nights just wasn't enough; I hope they'll offer a four-day, three-night package!
