Facilities: Not enough power outlets, only one by the bedside. Cleanliness: A bit of a musty smell, might be due to the weather. Ambiance: The atmosphere was decent. Service: Everyone was very polite and helpful with directions. Breakfast was plentiful.

I genuinely think this hotel is incredibly worthwhile! The lobby upon entering is very grand, the environment is meticulously maintained, and it has a wonderful ambiance. The room hygiene is exceptional, making for a comfortable stay. Grace was incredibly reliable, promptly responding to all our needs and treating us with kindness and warmth. The overall experience was absolutely perfect.

My stay at W Guangzhou was absolutely amazing! I have to give a huge shout-out to the Guest Relations team. Grace was incredibly thoughtful, always available from pre-check-in communication to post-departure follow-ups. And April, Natty, and Rebecca were all so warm and friendly, always smiling and speaking softly. They handled any issues efficiently, making you feel like you were chatting with friends. As for the hotel environment, the public areas are stylish and super cool, and most importantly, spotless. The bedding and carpets in the room were impeccable. The cleanliness really put my mind at ease. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Guangzhou! One last thing: the Ctrip package for two consecutive nights with breakfast included, plus a complimentary double buffet dinner, was fantastic. The live-cooked dishes were plentiful and delicious, and it even included drinks. Full marks, highly recommended!

Had a very pleasant stay! April, our butler, provided excellent one-on-one service throughout. Any issues we reported were resolved quickly. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Dinner was also very good and plentiful. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Zhujiang New Town. It's super convenient to walk to the subway and exhibition center, making it perfect for business trips. The room design is trendy and practical, with a Dyson hairdryer, smart toilet, and a huge floor-to-ceiling window, allowing for both work and relaxation. Special thanks to Natty and the butler for calling me in advance to understand my needs. They proactively arranged a quiet room on a high floor. Front desk manager Holan and Clark also granted a late checkout. They meticulously handled food deliveries and itinerary reminders with super-fast responses and incredible attention to detail, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. Rebecca at checkout was also very enthusiastic. The WOOBAR has a fantastic ambiance for a small drink. The hardware is top-notch, and the service is perfect. I'll definitely stay at the W again next time I'm in Guangzhou!

Traveling while pregnant, I just lay down and immediately found bugs. They said it was because the windows were open on the 25th floor, but there were no windows that could be opened in the room – so unprofessional! They claimed they were mosquitoes, but a quick search showed me they were termites. And even after changing rooms on the 25th floor, I was still incredibly itchy all over. My baby was restless all night, and I was so itchy I couldn't stand it anymore by 3 AM and called the front desk, but they couldn't resolve anything. I barely slept at all. The hygiene is terrible. Usually, when I travel, I stay at W hotels or the Ritz-Carlton, but this was the worst stay experience ever. I won't be staying at a W in Guangzhou again. The facilities are very old. There's only one charging outlet on one side of the bed. The bedside lights in the room must all be on or all off; you can't turn them off individually, and they're blinding. It's even inconvenient to get up to use the restroom!
