Minan Apartment

TERRIBLE HOTEL. NEVER STAY HERE. We arrived at the hotel at 5:00 PM, and by that time the room should have been fully prepared. Instead, it was clear that the room was not ready and poorly cleaned. At the reception desk, there was a rude and unfriendly woman who explained nothing, showed us nothing, and spoke to us as if guests were a problem to her. Inside the room: • the room was badly cleaned • belongings of previous guests were still there • a thick layer of dust under the TV • no drinking water was provided • in the bathroom, after cleaning, the water does not drain and a puddle forms on the floor • no toilet paper provided • no elevator — we had to carry our luggage up to the third floor • no power adapter (plug converter) is provided • most power outlets did not work at all, even with our own adapters • in reality, only one working outlet for two people • it felt like everything in this hotel costs extra There is absolutely no service here. It feels like guests are not welcome at all. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Do not waste your money or your nerves on this place.

GOOD Environment

Hi I could not locate the apartment. When I called the cell number, a lady answered & she didn't help me locate the apartment. Finally, I didn't visit there. I think, it is a fake address. There is no existence of a house. Can you pls return my fee?

Good place and staff were friendly, there bus service to the airport.
