The front desk team was exceptionally professional. Despite a language barrier, they went out of their way to assist us. Our flight arrived much earlier than expected, but they were kind enough to check us in at 10am, even though our booking was for 2pm—such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with a wide variety of bars and restaurants nearby, and a large McDonald's just 250 meters away. There are also several shopping malls within close reach. The breakfast offered a great mix of Asian and Western options, including croissants, bread, cheese, coffee, and fresh fruit. However, the room we booked was without windows, which was a bit disappointing.

Very disappointing to experience. I arrive after 16:00 and my room was not ready although check in is at 14:00. Made me wonder if my reserved room was rented out as an hourly room before I got there. Cigarette ash on the couch and cigarette burns on the desk. Location did not offer much other than chaos and noise. I do not recommend this hotel, avoid! There are less expensive alternatives that are far nicer and cleaner as well as being in a better location in Guangzhou.

Very nice hotel. Great for canton fair. There is a bus which goes directly to the canton fair and also does the pick up. It is very convenient.

I had booked 2 rooms 3 weeks before coming to this hotel.
I made the online payment of 950 euros.
After the long journey of 22 hours, we went in the morning to leave our luggage as we were going to the Canton fair. The reception told us that we should leave our luggage and when we return at 2 o'clock we will get the room. After we return tired and exhausted, they tell us that there are no free rooms and they would send us to another hotel which was a real scandal since the location was 9km away. Everything far from the place and location where we had booked to do business. Not at all serious and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. One of the worst experiences in my life.

Value for money hotel, with good service. Location was decent and service was good -
special mention to the front desk staff Alan for his 5 star service. Prior to our trip, he was already helping us with our parcel issues and help us keep track of our items and address our concerns when holidaying during china’s golden week.

Great hotel in excellent location. Friendly staff and good breakfast until 10. Fairly small lifts that get busy, but it works. Nice bar and outdoor area as well. The location that the map gives is wrong, the real location is about 50 m south on the same road

Everything about Ausotel was fine. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, location was close to western restaurants, service was friendly.
The only thing I did not like was the lack of a window in my room. I assume some rooms have windows and some rooms do not.
Next time I will request a room with a window. I would stay here again.
