到達目的地因為找不到酒店叫店家來接一下我或者發個定位，他跟我説是合租，幾個人一個衞生間，不適合我住，但是我沒錢住酒店，問他能不能退錢，他不讓我住還不讓我退錢。我本來就是打工沒錢住酒店，被坑了一百塊錢在外面空盪盪的大街睡了一晚上。找客服客服説幫我解決也不解決，我一個出來打工的小女生完全沒有辦法。
