The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When they heard I wanted to stay on the same floor as my friends, they upgraded my room for me. The room was spacious and very clean, and the housekeeping staff did a meticulous job. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I'm in the area! The breakfast had a great variety and everything was delicious!

The location, just a 10-15 minute drive from the airport, is incredibly convenient. The complimentary shuttle runs every half hour, which is perfect. Even if you have a lot of luggage like I did, taking a private car won't cost much. My daughters and husband were flying separately, so this hotel was an ideal base. There's a McDonald's nearby, a favorite for the kids, and a 7-Eleven too. The electronic scale in the room to weigh luggage was a thoughtful touch! We had a lot of baggage, and the room had enough space. Finally, we left a lot of cardboard boxes for the hotel, which we used to pack our large luggage for shipping, and they took care of them.
