Overall experience at the hotel was great. Allen checked us in and made the whole process seamless and nice. Our room had a great view of the city - see photo.
One thing the hotel could improve is the greeting service during arrival. It felt like the person at the door was rushing our taxi driver to leave instead of helping us with our luggages and bringing them to the front desk.
