The hotel is right by the airport, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and they even offer a free airport shuttle, so there's no rush – it's really comfortable and convenient. Lunch was delicious and very filling too!

Room & bathroom clean. Room big, clean & tidy. Location good - about 400m to Renhe Metro Station (line3). Western & Chinese breakfast reasonably good. A lot of eating shops and restaurants nearby. Staff friendly and helpful. Mark helped me to book 6 seater DiDi with my phone to Railway station (I almost book the wrong vehicle) - thanks to Mark for helping me to correct the situation. Airport transfer available and on time. A friendly General Manger (a lady) of the hotel came to chat with us at the breakfast room. Overall very happy with our stay.

The restaurant is located on the B1 level of the hotel. It has a relaxed and comfortable ambiance, and a great atmosphere. I came here for breakfast today, and the staff were warm and attentive. I highly recommend dining here! 😄😄

Overall it is a good place. But service level doesn’t feel like a 5 star at all. We have booked standard queen room with 30m2 but the receptionist with a cold attitude gave a room that has 22m2 size. We have asked again and he very quickly changed that to 28m2 room. Receptionist was quite unfriendly and always in the his phone. He could have given a correct room from the first time and not make us go up and check the room and come down again with all the luggage. However, swimming pool was great and the shuttle bus was good as well. Overall I think it is a good place but receptionist attitude could have been more welcoming and friendly.

It's alright. Here on a short overnight overlay, with my next flight early at 8AM from Baiyun Airport, so I couldn't make use of the airport shuttle service. Breakfast wasn't served by the time I departed (5.45am) too, so I can't speak for that. Took a short walk to the gym and pool facilities, they look fine but I didn't make use of them. Otherwise, it's a really comfy hotel. Room 2007 is right next to the elevator, so I didn't experience the long walk that other guests mentioned. There's pretty much everything you could need provided in the room, including bathrobes. Didn't make use of the kitchen, but I understand it could come in handy for certain travellers. But yeah, not bad. Not bad at all. Location wise, it's 15 minutes to the airport, but it's a solid 50 minutes to the city centre by car. You could alternatively walk to the nearby Renhe Subway Station and make use of the public transport (very convenient!), but it could get crowded at times.

Spacious and modern. Only stayed for 1 night for transit but I'd happily stay again. Dinner menu range is very good, western and chinese. And customer service was excellent. Location also good. Most of the staff spoke English and Chinese.
