Excellent Hotel, great location just 30 minutes from Canton Fair Complex by Taxi, clean and well kept hotel with helpful staff willing to call Taxi for me, peaceful and scenic area with metro station being constructed almost in front of the hotel. Will come back again!

I stayed in this hotel for five consecutive nights. It would be best to change to a suite for two nights to experience it. The room is large and the decoration is quite tasteful. However, some of the equipment is a bit old, the water is a bit slow, and the bathroom water flow is not smooth. We also need to keep up with the breakfast service. We basically ran out of food after 8:20. Auntie let us eat whatever we have, haha. I would like to praise the little brother at the front desk for his excellent service attitude.

The environment of this hotel is good. I chose this accommodation when I came to Pazhou for the Canton Fair. The service is considerate, clean, and there is a buffet breakfast. The environment and air on the fifth floor are really good. I will come again next time.

Just one thing, the equipment is old, and the room card provided at the front desk can't open the door. This is the first time I encountered it in my life. I went to the front desk to make a new room card, but it still couldn't open. The front desk took the room card used inside the hotel to try. I tried it once, but it still couldn't be opened, so I had to ask the security guard to open it with the key.
