I stayed in Room 1405 at this apartment and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is fantastic, right by the river, which offers beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is also conveniently close to many markets, making it easy to shop or explore local stalls. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs, which made my stay stress-free. However, the apartment could use some updates, as the renovations are not modern. Also, the check-in desk being on the 8th floor was a bit unusual and took some getting used to. Despite these minor drawbacks, I’d recommend this place for its great location and excellent service!

The location and the amenities in this hotel is why you choice to stay here. The hotel is near by to the Beijing pedestrian street (takes about 20 min to walk there) and placed by the canal which makes it attractive. It’s also near to the big market mall where you can find all sorts of exiting things. The service can not even been called service. Yes the have baggage storage but they have no control of the right person picks up the right bag or not. They also say that they provide service and help through weixin (WeChat) but when you ask them questions you get answers like I don’t know, you can look it up on internet. We stayed at another hotel in Suzhou that also provides this service and there they answered with maps and where really helpful so this hotel needs to step it up when it comes to cleaning and also service. The room was dirty and warn (run down) so a renovation is needed! The positive was that the hotel offers toothbrush and toothpaste, coffee and the room had two floors and also a laundry machine with washing powder which was very handy so you could wash your clothes!
