Ideal location. Near Beijing street but the hotel surroundings are not too busy. Easy to get on and off didi. Room is spacious, just need more bathroom hooks.

Overall, we had a great stay! The location is fantastic, just a short 5-7 minute walk to Beijing Road. The staff were incredibly helpful, even ordering ******* food delivery on our behalf when we couldn't use the app. Receiving our Taobao deliveries at the hotel was also fast and completely hassle-free. The only minor issue was that the shower water could occasionally get quite hot unexpectedly

This was my second stay here after 2 years, but this time I wasn't very satisfied. The facilities are dated and worn. In room 227, the hot water in the shower wasn't hot at all—it was freezing cold. To get hot water, I had to turn on both the sink's hot water tap and the shower's hot water tap simultaneously and wait for 5 minutes. Even with both faucets running, the water pressure in the shower became extremely low when trying to use hot water. This is the first time I've ever encountered a hotel where you have to run water from two taps just to get a hot shower 🤔... Also, the towels had holes in them....
