Quite satisfied. My room had a great view of the Pearl River nightscape, and the location is very convenient. It's only a 20-minute walk to the US visa office.

The location is the main advantage – very convenient and central. However, the hotel overall feels quite worn out: the room was not very clean, furniture looked tired, and there was no hot water during my stay. Service staff were polite but did not speak English, which made communication difficult. Amenities are very basic, nothing special. Good option only if you care about location, but don’t expect high comfort or international-level service.

This was the worst Ji Hotel I've ever encountered. All the facilities were old and dated. The bathroom was incredibly cramped, with no space even to hang clothes, a clear sign of poor design. The toilet had a distinct urine odor, the ceiling paint was peeling, and all the corners and crevices were visibly stained. Even the door's laminate was tattered and peeling. The sink looked dirty, the sofa upholstery was peeling, and the windows were grimy. Soundproofing was abysmal, and loud construction noise started early in the morning. The front desk staff displayed the most unhelpful attitude I've ever experienced; they didn't greet guests and completely lacked basic courtesy. There were also no complimentary amenities or a small parting gift upon checkout. Overall, the experience was absolutely dreadful, and I will definitely never stay here again.

Traveling with kids, staying at the Ji Hotel was quite convenient. Since we were heading to the Whampoa Military Academy and Guangdong Science Center the next day, to travel light, I stored my luggage at the Ji Hotel first. Then, I used Didi Express to have my luggage picked up from the hotel and delivered to our hotel in Panyu District for that day. A big thanks to Ms. Quan from the front desk for her help in getting the luggage to the car. The service was excellent, thumbs up! 👍

The rooms are old and there's almost no soundproofing; you can hear people walking and talking in the hallway crystal clear. The king room is tiny and cramped. How can they charge nearly 400 a night for this kind of environment without even including breakfast, especially on a Monday and Tuesday? The price only goes up on weekends... If you have other options, definitely avoid this place.
