Southern Airlines Pearl Hotel

Facilities: The room was very spacious, and the amenities were brand new. Environment: There's a lovely small garden on the second floor. Service: Overall, the service was excellent. Manager Li was especially diligent and responsible, making sure everything was perfectly arranged. Yin Hong at the front desk gave my child a China Southern Airlines puzzle. Cui, the concierge, very politely helped us with our luggage to the room. 24-hour Baiyun International Airport shuttle (including T3 observation deck connection): Getting to the airport was very convenient, perfect for young aviation enthusiasts to spot planes.

During my business trip, I had a conference at China Southern Airlines and stayed at their hotel. They offer an airport shuttle service, so I didn't have to worry about getting a taxi to the airport the next day. In the evening, I dined in the same restaurant as the flight crew. The biggest difference was the blanched vegetables, which seemed to cater to the flight attendants' needs. The breakfast congee (rice porridge) was a local specialty and very tasty. I also saw a group of fit, well-built guys running, and there's a tennis court too. It seems like a great place for the crew to relax, though I think it's not open to general guests. It was definitely a more interesting experience than staying in a typical business hotel. The lobby bar had tea with kapok elements, which left a deep impression on me – the flower of heroes, the flower of China Southern Airlines.

Since I had an early flight the next day, I chose a hotel closer to the airport. I was worried about noise at the airport hotels, so I opted for this Southern Airlines hotel instead. The room size was just right, clean, and comfortable, with no musty smell. They even thoughtfully provided complimentary fruit. The service was very warm and welcoming. Extremely satisfied!

The room was spotless. I arrived at midnight, and the hotel sent a car to pick me up from the airport – the service was lovely. They had fruits and yogurt in the room, which was very thoughtful. The lady at the front desk was also incredibly patient, confirming my flight time for the next morning. Knowing I had checked luggage, she advised me to go to the airport a bit earlier and arranged my transfer. In the morning, when I checked out, the gentleman in the lobby was fantastic. He helped me load my luggage into the car and double-checked with the driver that my arrival terminal was T2. He even gave me a cute little souvenir charm.

The entire hotel is clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. They offer 24-hour pickup/drop-off service to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (including shuttle to T3 observation deck). The breakfast is very rich and plentiful.

Booked this for my parents, and they were very satisfied. They said it deserved a five-star rating. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for any future trips in and out of Guangzhou Airport.

First off, the service was really friendly, especially from Assistant Lobby Manager Peng Huina and Concierge Mr. Cui Xishi. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but the handmade dumplings were delicious! The dinner buffet, however, was very rich and varied. I'd love to stay at this hotel again if I get the chance.

The hotel service was superb. Our room came with a complimentary fruit plate, and the meals were abundant and diverse. They also offered a private car service for airport transfers. The front desk staff provided excellent service, particularly Tan Qiwei. He was extremely helpful with our luggage and delivered truly attentive service. A big thank you to him!
