The hotel is strategically located, next to the river. You can go for a walk in the evening or jog in the morning for those who like to exercise. 6 minutes walk to the MRT station line 6. Cose to Beijing Lu Pedestrian Street. Staff are friendly and helpfull, also help me to keep the packages sent to hotel address.

Location: Fairly convenient. Close to Beijing Road and the river, so it’s easy to reach shopping and dining areas. Service: Very disappointing. When we checked in around noon, I requested an extra quilt and was told it would be delivered shortly. However, when we returned to the room around 9pm, there was still no quilt. After calling the front desk, no apology was offered. The front desk staff generally appeared indifferent when you leave and enter the hotel, no smiles, no greetings. There was also no one assisting with luggage or opening doors, which gave the place more of a budget-hotel feel. Cleanliness: Poor. Upon arrival, we noticed a hair on the bathroom floor mat, and one of the towels had a red stain (not blood, but still unpleasant). There was also a questionable mark on the bed sheet (refer to photo). When I called the front desk between 9–10pm to request a sheet change, I was told housekeeping had gone home and that we would need to change the sheets ourselves. Daily cleaning consisted only of replacing towels and taking out the trash. Our bed was never made during the entire 3-night/4-day stay. The hotel had guest laundry and drying machine however it looked like they needed a good cleaning. Noise: The hotel is located on a main road, so occasional car honking and barking dogs can be heard at night. Light sleepers should also be aware that sounds from other guests and cleaning staff talking loudly in the corridors carry easily into the rooms. Our bed was also super squeaky. Other notes: The air conditioning worked well, and we appreciated being allowed to check in early free of charge. Late check-out is available at 38 yuan per hour after 2 pm, which is reasonable. However, upon check-out, the front desk staff asked us to leave a 5-star review on the spot, which given the service and hygiene issues, the hotel simply does not deserve. Overall: Convenient location but extremely poor service and cleanliness. Would not recommend unless you’re only after a basic bed to sleep and have low expectations.

A wonderfully peaceful and secluded place. The staff were very helpful and made the stay truly pleasant. Perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind.

We loved our stay here. The River view room on level 16 was spacious and the view fantastic. Staff were friendly and obliging. We loved the daily breakfast too. Free laundry was great and the location was handy. We started off using the nearby Tuanyida Metro but swapped to Didis as we found them more convenient and cheap for 3 persons. The only negative was no fridge in the room.

The location was perfect. However, the hotel room description on Trip.com was inaccurate. We were promised a room size of 18–22m², but upon arrival, the receptionist informed us that the room we booked is actually 15m², and that the information on Trip.com had not been updated. In other words, we ended up paying more for a smaller room than advertised.

The hotel is clean, nearly a lot of restaurants. But walk to Beijing road need 15min. Room is clean. We booked the room is different with the picture. The room quite small.

Location is good, room satisfy simple needs. Just need to improve in cleaning the room.

The accommodation is clean, located on the riverside, and the service is good. During the typhoon, the hotel provided excellent service, which was impressive. Thank you

Unfortunately the room was not available when we arrived at 3:30pm… was asked to wait …. At least an hour later the room was available for us …. This is not good. And on top of it, the boys and girls (as we are much older than them) at the front desk was trying hard to avoid us, as we are sitting g in the lobby while waiting for the room

I stayed at this hotel in Guangzhou and overall had a very good experience. The property is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the views from my room were truly spectacular. For these reasons, I’m happy to give top marks in most categories. The only area where I feel the hotel could improve is the service. At reception, the staff were somewhat cold and a bit brusque during my stay. On top of that, while it’s common in China to be asked to leave a five-star review, I was specifically asked to do it in front of them, which felt uncomfortable given the otherwise rather distant service I had received before. The breakfast was another mixed point. On Friday it was quite decent, Saturday was less impressive, and by Sunday it was disappointing. I ordered noodles without spice (as I had done the previous two mornings), but what I received was literally just a bowl of water with plain noodles floating in it and nothing else. Because of these details, I’m rating service a 3 instead of a 5. Still, the hotel itself is lovely, the location couldn’t be better, and I think it offers good value for travelers who want to enjoy the city and the views. I hope the hotel can consider offering a few more breakfast options suitable for international guests, and that the staff might adopt a slightly warmer approach. Both would make an already good experience truly excellent.

Strategic location, walking distance to Tian Zi Ma Tou, Beijing Road , Guangzhao Jiu Lou , Chao Ji Claypot Rice and etc.

Booked 2nights here for birthday trip.. Staffs at the reception are very friendly and patient in any assistance you have.. another perk of the room that I booked has 270degree view which is magnificent.. highly recommended (:

The accommodation is clean, the room is spacious, the staff is lovely, I booked and checked out right away, the air conditioning is very cool.
