Good service. It was my 2nd time I was staying here. Location is closest to Metro Station. But every guest needs to go police station clearence, which is not good

I Booked for a city View Room, after checked in when I get the room and asked where is the View, they said this is view. Bathroom door dont close, I asked several times they didn't even send anyone to check. Front desk staffs are extremely rude. They said if you like it you can leave. Only good thing about this place is location very close to Metro station.

We were first out in room 8503 in the fifth floor the wall had mold. Then we webt to room 8516 the smell was horrible. The bed is too hard. It wasn't a pleasant stay
