Very good location hotels management very good go out already can find MRT and more restaurant beside the hotel go to airport almost 30 minutes

Missing safe deposit box for security purpose. Near to the train station but not convenient with heavy luggage, only staircase available to enter or leave train station from the hotel. Quite standard quality for the stay.

It’s as per the people’s reviews, in a word “Super Nice”. Almost everything was perfect, they allowed us early check-in without any issues & room was ready when we get it. We enjoyed our stay & would recommend everyone.

Good:
*Great location
*Nice, clean and neat room.
*Metro station very very near.
*Lots of restaurant and convenient shops
*Big shopping mall very near.
*Lobby they always provide some light snacks which is very impressive. Like - biscuits, candies, coffee, leamon water, tea etc. Some small amenities which are very handy are always there.
Bad:
*Breakfast not so good.
*Breakfast time waiter's behavior not good. (I don't know why but they are always bit rude)
* Reception staffs are friendly even though they don't know English but try translation app for conversation.
