I booked this room for my friend who was visiting me with her daughter.

Absolutely terrible hotel. When I checked in, the front desk completely ignored me and just kept talking to a guest who had already checked out, without even bothering to say 'one moment'. Once I got to the room, I found the TV remote covered in dust and large patches of mold on the wooden floor. The fridge wasn't cooling at all, and when I asked the front desk, they said it was only for keeping fruit fresh. The Wi-Fi and TV in the room were also broken. They kept saying maintenance would come the next day, but no one showed up during our entire two-day stay.

The smallest room smells very bad, but a bigger room is clean. The room smells cigarettes even in a non-smoking room. A laundry room is good, there are 3 machines, I could use whenever I wanted. The staff are very helpful. Overall I liked this hotel.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station and shopping areas, so getting around was a breeze. The room was spotlessly clean, with no strange odors, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. Hot water supply was consistent too. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a very restful sleep.

They asked for a 100 yuan deposit upon check-in, and when I asked why, they actually said it was in case the bed sheets got dirty and couldn't be washed clean! How bizarre. I've been staying here for all my business trips since late last year. The hotel is a bit old, but the rooms are spacious, which is great for business travelers or families with a lot of luggage. My main complaint, and something that hasn't changed, is that the towels are always dirty, old, and have a strong greasy smell. This has been the case every month.
