Atour Hotel Guangzhou Avenue Tianhe Sports Center

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. They even offered tea when I checked in. The room they arranged met all my requests – it was very satisfying and quiet. They also offered complimentary congee in the evening and extended my check-out time. Plus, there was a laundry service available. Overall, very satisfied and highly recommended!

The lobby had a lovely fragrance. We were even offered tea upon check-in, which was very quick, as was extending our stay. The staff were all very friendly, and the late-night congee service was excellent. I highly recommend staying here!

I went to the front desk to ask where I could find a print shop, and the receptionist, Eason, kindly offered to print them for me for free. His service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. They really go out of their way for their guests. Many thanks! After printing, the front desk team enthusiastically offered me a stapler.
