This was the worst Marriott I've ever stayed at. I booked two rooms; one smelled of smoke, and they initially offered an air purifier, but then said they didn't have any and suggested opening the window instead. The sheets and towels were stained. The air conditioning was practically useless – one room was cold, the other hot. The rooms had zero soundproofing; I could hear people walking around upstairs clearly, and heard luggage being dragged downstairs early in the morning, even though I was on the 8th floor! The food delivery robot wouldn't deliver to the room, citing concerns about spills inside it. They made me call the front desk to verify, and then concierge brought it up. After delivery, they even made me sign a liability waiver! It consistently took more than three attempts to get through to both the front desk and housekeeping.
