The service was thoughtful; the staff proactively helped with our luggage and patiently recommended sightseeing routes. But the highlight was definitely the afternoon tea! The freshly ground coffee was rich and aromatic, perfectly complemented by the small snacks. It was so relaxing to chat with friends before checking out.
