This is my third visit here, and I've returned because of the good experiences I've had previously. Overall, the experience is still pretty good. As soon as I got out of the car, staff members were there to help with my luggage, and the front desk service was very nice. This time, I stayed in a loft room, and I felt the room type was a bit small, especially the bathroom and shower. The room's privacy was also lacking; opening the curtains meant anyone passing by could see everything, which was quite awkward. I suggest installing one-way glass. The cleanliness still needs improvement; I found two live cockroaches during my stay. The food and beverage service desperately needs an upgrade. The afternoon tea wasn't refined enough, both the drinks and pastries felt a bit rough and perfunctory. I had ordered Chinese breakfast, but they got it wrong and served Western breakfast instead. When I inquired, they wouldn't change it, and the food quality wasn't good either, which was very disappointing.

The facilities are complete and the stay is quite comfortable. The room size is just right and the sound insulation effect is good. There are very large floor-to-ceiling windows, good air circulation, and the conditions are very good. This is the store with the best experience.
