Guantanamo

We spent a week at the hotel and the experience was not at all what we expected. We were staying on the fourth floor and the second day the elevator broke down. I have to say that I travel with a baby carriage. After two days without an elevator, we asked at the reception if they planned to fix it and nobody knew anything about it. At no point was any help offered to us and we had to fend for ourselves. It remained broken until the day we checked out of the hotel. As for the room, nothing special. In the bathroom it lost water every time we used the cistern. I think for the price you pay they could at least have a small fridge in the rooms to keep the water cold. I cannot speak about the restoration since we never had breakfast there.

In December, in the midst of the fight in Cuba against Covid 19, I spent two nights at the hotel, where there is still much to be done in terms of the conditions of the rooms and food, if it should be noted that in terms of Covid they have good measures, but in relation to the conditions of the rooms, their cleanliness, many things remain pending, such as cold water in the bathroom at any time, especially at night, little cleanliness of the furniture, lack of lighting, issues that they do not help to improve the judgment on the installation. As for food, breakfast is insufficient, poorly prepared and unattractive for the price it has, if it does not improve, I think that the opinion of the hotel can never be favorable, let's add to this the lack of attention of the workers of the folder to the guests, something that in my opinion is ruined for any place to stay. Without further ado, I tell the management that they still have a long way to go to improve the image of the hotel, and if the intention does not exist, they will continue like this until the image can never change.
