我在攜程訂的全季酒店灌雲縣政府店，訂單附加兩個條件，一個是帶早餐，第二退房到下午2點。偏偏到了酒店前台入住時被告知。他的入住系統沒得顯示帶早餐，而且必須要求在12點退房。經過出示訂單證據，前台還是一臉的不爽，他説他的系統反正沒有顯示下午2點退房。雖然最後在訂單面前無可辯解。但碰巧退房那天中午12:30回到酒店，電梯卡都給鎖了，原因是房卡系統還是設定在中午12點退房的。不知道這個管理體系的問題還是人的問題，反正首次出差入住酒店的體驗感非常一般。

商務出差到灌雲，第一想法找全季酒店，穩妥以及價錢適中，這次經驗也是一樣，雖然飛機晚點到半夜才到連雲港，到酒店已經 2 點，前台還是非常有耐心的幫忙入住。
