We had lunch one day at the hotel restaurant, but the lunch wasn't the best. Meus pais se hospedaram de 29/03 a 05/04. Ao chegar no hotel colocaram eles em um quarto diferente do que havia sido reservado. Um quarto com chão encardido, de aparência péssima. Ao questionar o recepcionista, o mesmo em tom de grosseria disse que tinha gente que gostava. Não entendi. Como se reserva um tipo de apto e recebe outro. Mandei e-mail para Viviane( que desde o início me atendeu muito bem) e trocaram de apto. Enfim, o hotel está decadente. Quartos péssimos, comida ruim, café da manhã com pão velho. E alguns recepcionistas deveriam ser mais treinados ou cortados da empresa. Meus pais sempre se hospedaram nesse hotel( quando ainda era bom) Não indico. Corram de lá. Um lixo

Sempre tive vontade de me hospedar nesse hotel, em Março /2022 fui a Guarapari e fiquei no mesmo. Recepção Ruim, com descaso, Quarto pior ainda. A Noite choveu e chovia dentro do quarto. No dia seguinte tive que pedir mudança para outro quarto. Fiquei mais um dia porque já tinha pago, senão saia no mesmo dia.

Hotel é em uma localização linda muito legal dentro do mar praticamente,vistas maravilhosas a estrutura é muito legal 2 piscinas poderiam aquecer uma , mas pareceu estar meio descuidado, café médio sem muitos cuidados, quartos antigos e cama não muito confortável Estacionamento grátis e funcionários educados e eficientes, Academia antiga.
