We arrived Tuesday 24th October for 2 weeks holiday. On Thursday 26th lots of single beds turned up in reception. On Friday African migrants arrived 60 of them we were told it will be 200 in a few days, On the Monday 30th all paying guest were given notice to leave that day, with no other arrangements made.

The hotel is conveniently situated next to the park and within 5 minutes walk of the beach and many restaurants. The staff are attentive and friendly. Parking can be a little difficult at times but there is usually a space in the adjacent road. The room was spacious and clean with a daily cleaning service and fresh towels and bed linen. The hotel restaurant has a limited daily menu but if there is nothing that you fancy there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. I stayed there for a week and I would stay there again in the future. Book directly with the hotel via their website as it can work out cheaper than a booking agency.

The location of this hotel is very good. It's close to the beach and convenient for restaurants and shops. We had booked a deluxe room for 9 nights and although the beds were comfy, aircon was good and the room spacious and clean that was as deluxe as it got. The furniture and decor are fairly tired and dated. It could do with having a fridge in the room, our hair dryer didn't work and there was only 1 uncomfortable chair in the room. The walls seem to be very thin and you can hear everything from surrounding rooms and corridors which made it very hard to get a decent night's sleep. There seemed to be renovation work going on in the hotel on a few occasions during our stay which also caused a lot of noise. Breakfast was supposed to be included but we didn't realise it was only continental breakfast which got us a croissant and coffee only. The staff mostly were great..there's a lady with short hair on reception and also a young man who were great. However, the same can't be said for another receptionist who was not helpful at all and refused to help when we asked if she could call a taxi for us!

We stayed at your hotel last night 11 Nov 2022. During the night we were cold as the heater was not working and reception was unmanned so unable to complain. This morning 12 Nov 2022 there was no water. The reception desk was unmanned as last night and the emergency number did not connect to anyone. We were unable to wash or even clean teeth, nor use toilet. This is unacceptable and disgusting. At the time of leaving this morning 10am still no one had arrived to even appologise. I feel the hotel is poorly managed and it will be the last time I stay there.

I came here with my fiancé for vacation and we chose the hotel room over two floors. It was really clever because then we wouldn’t disturb one another if we were awake and the other one sleeping. Also the staff at the reception and also the staff cleaning was nice and professional. It was always clean and we were taken good care of by the three different receptionist that where covering the shifts. We will definitely come back ☺️

Stayed here for business trip for 3 days. Room was nice and big and clean with lovely shower. The room has a fridge but no tea or coffee facilities unfortunately. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t use the restaurant at all as we only needed a place to sleep so can’t comment on the food. No free parking at the hotel and was €8 a night. Again not a problem for us as plenty of street parking this time of year. Great location for the local park and walk to the beach. Overall a nice place to stay. Thank you.

Hotel si le puede llamar asi...mas ed una pension, las toallas manchadas las sabanas manchadas, el nivel de higiene deja mucho que desear en habitaciones y restarurante la camarera super antipatica y sin higiene con un costipado terrible serviendonos el desayuno sin lav**** las manos el menu de desayuno pobre el p4rdonal antipatico la unica que salvo la chica de limpieza rubita y la chica recepcionista de mañanas ej general deberia tener mas higiene cucarachas aire acondicionado roto etc.

Les pedí cama cómoda y habitación silenciosa porque tengo fibromialgia, cuando entramos empezamos a oír golpes y nos dicen que el edificio de al lado estaba en obras y que es lo que hay, denotan un comportamiento cuanto menos deshonesto por callárselo, máxime cuando previamente se lo había pedido por escrito, no se podía estar en la habitación de los taladros y golpes, por otra parte el colchón viejísimo, además era una tabla por lo que no pude estar tumbada ni 5 minutos, el aparato de aire acondicionado sonaba como un tractor, se lo comunicamos y no mostraron la menor preocupación por lo que les informamos que dejamos la habitación, añadir que encima tampoco se podía ni bajar a la playa porque estaba cerrada por contaminación de aguas fecales y ni siquiera lo comunicaron a los clientes, no solo lo sabían todos los hoteleros de la zona, sino que hasta se había publicado en prensa. No nos han querido devolver el dinero de las dos noches que habíamos pagado habiéndole dejado la habitación libre a las 4 de la tarde, allí nadie se hace responsable de nada, te dan un teléfono que es un call center de Colombia con el que el diálogo es bastante vago e inútil. De las 4 estrellas le sobran 5. Espero que los hechos sean de utilidad tanto a mis seguidores como a futuros viajeros. Hemos vuelto a los dos dias y nos dicen que la habitación ya la ocuparon con otros huéspedes, han cobrado la habitación por dos veces y no nos quieren devolver el dinero. Les hemos una reclamación que cursaremos ante la administración de consumo. Espero que el maltrato que hemos recibido sirva de experiencia para que otros viajeros se lo piensen antes de elegir este hotel.
