Não fomos bem recebidos na recepção. Ao chegarmos, tanto o funcionário que fica na porta como os demais da recepção, nos viram chegar mas fingiram não terem nos visto. Não nos acolheram, não foram até nós para nos atender. Tive que sair do veículo, me dirigir até a recepção, para perguntar sobre o estacionamento, É um mau comportamento, pois é a primeira impressão que tivemos do hotel. O funcionário da portaria deveria ter ido até nós, com um sorriso, e nos perguntar o que precisávamos naquele instante, mas não, ficou parado na porta sem olhar para nós.

V nice personal, polite. Hotel clean. Free covered garage . Very close to beach. Free chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Also close to restaurants.

Lovely hotel but very disappointed in our room. The water pressure was non existent and on the first day the water was cold. We told reception only to be told it should be fine. Next morning the water was too hot to get into the shower again regardless of what way you turned the knob. Reception didn’t even ask us how our stay was when checking out. Two days without a decent shower is not what you want from a four star hotel. Other than that the bar is great. Overlooking the river and great service. The young waiter Liam deserves a shout out as he was excellent, very attentive and friendly. The pool facilities are also excellent with a hot tub outside overlooking the woods. Could have easily been an excellent review but the reception let the hotel down.

Fiquei hospedada no hotel no mês de abril de 2025. Achei caro para o que oferecem. O serviço de praia que oferecem são apenas guarda sol com cadeiras normais , iguais os dois demais quiosques, são poucos guarda sóis! Tem parceria com outro quiosque o que não garante que encontrará lugar! A piscina não tem aquecedor, a noite continua gelada.

Segunda vez que nos hospedamos nesse hotel e gostamos, é bem conviniente por ficar próximo de onde precisamos estar, também pela praticidade de ter guarda sol e cadeiras na praia. Café da manhã é simples mas gostoso, estacionamento um pouco apertado mas funcionários bem simpáticos, nos sentimos bem! O único porém é não ter ducha higiênica no banheiro, nunca estive em um hotel no Brasil que não tivesse e também o WiFi que não funciona nos quartos mais afastados, muito menos 4G de celular… essa parte fica difícil…E essas são os nossas 2 ressalvas….

Minha estadia no hotel foi simplesmente perfeita! Tudo superou minhas expectativas, desde a comida até as bebidas, sempre frescas e deliciosas. A piscina é incrível, com um ambiente relaxante e uma vista maravilhosa, tornando cada momento uma experiência inesquecível. O atendimento foi impecável, fazendo com que eu me sentisse acolhida e especial o tempo todo. Sem dúvida, foi uma experiência maravilhosa e mal posso esperar para voltar mais vezes!!!
