Dirty pool, bad food, a total party scene with dj music 12 hours a day. It seemed some guest were there just for a night to use the hotel as a party location.

This hotel truly exceeded expectations! The food was incredible, with each dish expertly crafted and presented. The drinks were fabulous, with a top-notch selection of cocktails and fine wines. But the real showstopper was the view - absolutely breathtaking and truly spectacular. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a luxurious retreat, this hotel is a must-visit destination. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could! Excellent service to the whole team and manager Robinson.

After winning the NBA finals I the Chet Holmgren stayed here for the night. No Chocolates were provided in our room. Every room had free chocolates provided for everyone but our room weirdly had no chocolates which made a world champion like me disappointed. The hotel was nice and the area was great. Also want to give a shoutout to Sanjay from the Welcomhotel in Vadodara. Sanjay was the sun of our stay at the Welcomhotel and treated me like the champion I am.

I was very surprised by the excellent customer service. The quality of the food is outstanding, the room was very beautiful, and the view is wonderful. From almost every area of the hotel, you can enjoy a view of the water and mountains. Robinson provided us with excellent service, as did Felipe, the bartender, and all the waiters. We felt completely at ease!

I really enjoyed my stay at Vivanti. The property is stunning. I was given a free upgrade upon arrival. I can to relax with a massage, and do a couple of water sports. The scenery was absolute perfection for jet sking. I especially have to praise Laura, who went above and beyond to help me with a medical situation.
