Great location near airport, 2nd floor does not need key to access on elevator!! Try to ask for the toothbrush’s complimentary but don’t have … only offer purchase one for $5

The staffs were great, rooms cleaned daily. Notnmuch to watch on TV amd all in Spanish.

Overall the stay was good, staff were helpful, breakfast buffet was okay, the only thing is minor maintenance. Lot of small things that need fixing or adjusting such as AC louvers not working in both rooms we had. Would stay here again, just recommend that management focus on keeping the minor issues from becoming major ones

The hotel is conveniently located in a safe area, close to the airport. The room and bathroom are large, the only downside is the view from the window. Some concrete blocks and a fire escape(( The reception staff is very helpful and friendly

Tuvimos un percance con el tema del desayuno incluido, pero Patty lo solucionó, si que 5 estrellas para la chica de la recepción!!! cositas por mejorar con la comunicación con otros empleados como que nos tocaba pagar un desayuno aparte por salir muy temprano sabiendo que lo teníamos incluido, falta de carisma de algunos colaboradores pero de resto bien!
