Very nice hotel. Room is big, clean, comfortable and quiet. The receptionist were friendly and they speak English. Wifi is fast. Not very far from the hotel is San Martin, a good place with good foods.

I used it for a long-term business trip. It is located in the city center, so it is safe and it is in a good location to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping malls. The breakfast does not have a variety of options, but the basic composition is sufficient, so I used it every day. The room condition is clean, and the cleaning is done once every two days, and I left a tip of about 10 quetzals on the table. The shower faucet is a built-in sunflower faucet, so you cannot use travel shower filters, etc., so please refer to it. Laundry service is about USD 1.40 for a T-shirt, and payment can be made in US dollars or quetzals.
