Considering the rating of the hotel, I expected better service. It wasn’t bad service but not on par with other 4/5 star hotels I’ve been to throughout the world. Room was clean and comfortable although the interior is a bit outdated. I would probably choose to stay elsewhere next time for the price.

Best food, best attentive service, best massage ever recieved. Super clean, super friendly a 5 star hotel with economical prices. Only 40minutes from Antigua
Free shuttle services and free parking if you decide to rent a car

Close to the airport, large hotel, very good breakfast, bright room. There were even 2 balconies. But the view from the balconies is of some backyards with cars and construction debris

There is no hot water in such a hotel. The room service phone never gets through. The front desk said they would send someone to check out, but no one came.

For us it will always be the best hotel, my mother stayed with a group of friends and they enjoyed it to the fullest, she loves the hotel, the spa and sharing the amenities of the place, we love the Barceló hotel!
