This was my third visit. I booked 2 nights and stayed on the 7th floor. On the second day, around 2pm, I went out and asked the cleaning lady on the 7th floor to clean the room. I came back around 6:30 and my Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 3 were lost. Fortunately, I left my phone in the carrier when I went out, and the attached photo shows the last Buds Pro opening time taken by the hotel. It was 3:35pm, exactly when we were out. I asked the hotel to go down and check the camera, but all they said was that they would check and send me an email. As a traveler, I had to take plane and finally they never replied mail. I always had good memories, but I will never go back because of this opportunity . The hotel's customer service was very disappointing and the atmosphere was like they didn't care. I really do not recommend this hotel. Everyone visiting this hotel, please be careful.

Cleaning begins when guests check in. Ask guests to wait at the front desk for the normal time when checking in. The first room I was given was outside the window in a narrow inner courtyard with poor air circulation and sight lines... Needless to say, I went to the front desk to change rooms. The other female leader at the front desk was more enthusiastic and more enthusiastic than the first female staff member. Much better, but still waiting for the room to be ready before check-in. My check-in time was nearly 8pm. I want to ask: Does a five-star hotel not clean the room in the afternoon? Do you have to wait until guests arrive to clean?

Мне кажется, что это лучший отель в столице. Отличное отношение персонала. Завтраки до 11, чекаут до 13. Лучшие завтраки в моей жизни. Здесь даже станция была с кокосами на льду. Выбор огромный, даже бутерброды с форелью и свежевыжатые соки из чего пожелаете. Тёплый бассейн, большой тренажёрный зал. Бесплатная подземная парковка, несколько ресторанов на территории. Единственный недостаток в том, что в выходные в ресторанах отеля отмечают свадьбы, а гости расходятся ночью и шумят в коридорах – под дверью щель и все разговоры ночью вас будят. Будете в Гватемале, советую останавливаться только здесь - не пожалеете.
