The maids are good, and they are female. They are used to daily cleaning. I told the door opener at the front I didn't need it, she came anyway. Nothing done you couldn't live with and you had a fresh room. I brought out towels one day thinking I would see one of the housekeepers, I didn't and of course, the males behind the front desk didn't even know what a towel was -- another day a male helping the maid by putting out linen wanted me to take the towel to the front desk (so don't let them waste your time, and I does make you wonder what they are doing -- you're not paying to stay somewhere where you can't get to your room without a doorperson, and these really lazy+ guys standing behind counter doing whatever. You've got a privacy problem and they can really play dumb at your expense. There is an * at the end of the wifi passcode. It is very slow and spotty. The guy at the front appeared to try to lead me astray on the password, the manager (apparently) cut that off as he showed up for that when I was trying again to get it on downstairs. The elevator was down, it didn't matter that much and you can probably overlook the repairs/maintenance needed -- unless of course it's difficult for you to climb stairs. As far as I know the water in the large bottle (floor lobbies) was ok but you'll want to bring immodium or get their brand for your stay in the area and hopefully the pharmacist won't play dumb, the pharmacies are pretty good on balance -- this is a cheap product by the way. Weekday mornings are very noisy, probably everywhere around there. You might want to try an apartment -- you don't need the hotel keeping you from relaxing and doing what you came to do.
