A very modern hotel with spacious rooms, a generous king sized bed, and a decent sized bathroom with a walk in shower. The hotel is close to the town centre, restaurants and bars, as well as the ancient tower ruins and the castle. The air conditioning worked, we had a bar fridge, and it was close to a supermarket. We were advised to eat in, as the restaurant specialises in dishes showcasing the local black truffle. We were very glad we did. An excellent meal. Breakfast was also good. A very enjoyable stay. We’d be happy to visit again.

This hotel is in a very small Spanish village and is very modern. The room was enormous, modern and very clean. There were no coffee making facilities, but a fridge (empty). The shower was good, but, not so for my husband who is over 6' tall and couldn't not fit underneath it. The bath was enclosed so we didn't try it. The beds were wide but, as usual in Spain, rather firm. We had expected a balcony as per photos of the suite, but there was none. We also hoped to use the spa, but were very disappointed that even hotel guests have to pre-book and pay rather a lot of money to use a 30-60 minute slot. The staff were very nice (they do not speak English), but that is our problem, not theirs. If we are to revisit the village, we might go back again, but the price seems rather high for a Spa hotel when you have to pay extra for the spa and the parking. Also, we booked and paid for the hotel using Bookings.com, but the hotel asked us to pay again. In the end we didn't, but it was a little concerning at the time.

Only twenty-four hours but it felt longer. Our room was fantastic, a deep bath, relaxing bed and a huge terrace with panoramic views. The Spa did what is was supposed to do and dinner and breakfast were tasty and plentiful. But lots of other hotels offer the same facilities. What made the difference was the staff. The receptionist and the two waiters who attended to us could not be more helpful or pleasant. Definitely recommend staying at this fantastic hotel.

Hotel correcto pero muy justo...es el único de 4 estrellas en Mora de Rubielos...reservamos y 24 h más tarde nos llaman y nos dicen que el spa no funciona.....de entrada me pareció una práctica muy sucia, habitación 307 daba a un callejón frente a unos apartamentos turísticos con juergas y ruido...el descanso fue complicado....los precios de la cafetería y del restaurante son iguales....precios elevados....compartiendo una ensalada y 2 platos sin vino, sin postre y sin cafe entre 50/60 € la pareja. Personal correcto pero la limpieza de 0... Abandonamos la habitación el primer día a las 8 de la mañana y a nuestra vuelta 14h la habitación seguía sin limpiar. A destacar cuando entramos a la habitación...cartel al lado de la TV " habitación libre de humos " si usted decide fumar se le aplicará una tarifa adicional de 250€ diarios.....no sé cómo controlarán esto ni tan siquiera si es legal....porqué cuando reservé no me dijeron que tipo de habitaciones tenían. No dispone de terrazas y no admiten mascotas

Estuvimos alojado en el Hotel La Trufa Negra en agosto. El servicio bien. Teníamos 2 habitaciones. Estaban limpias, luminosas y eran amplias. Desayunábamos en el buffet, estaba bastante bien, pequeño pero había de todo. El restaurante Melanosporum no estaba mal. No sé si volveremos.

El servicio del hotel no esta acorde a sus estrellas. Al llegar, nos damos cuenta que los distribuidores de jabón están vacíos (Quid del servicio de limpieza?). Lo señalamos en recepción y nos dicen que lo arreglan enseguida y a pesar de otra llamada a recepción, nunca vinieron. Indicar también que cuando hay fiestas en el pueblo, se realizan en un espacio muy cercano al hotel con un ruido que hace imposible dormir. En nuestro caso la música duro hasta las 6 de la mañana... El hotel lo sabia y su única respuesta fue ofrecernos tapones de oídos. Cuando te llaman antes para decirte que el SPA esta cerrado, podrían tener la misma transparencia avisando de las fiestas. También indicar que son pesados con el envió de e-mails y WhatsApp para que reservas el restaurante, eso si, a la encuesta de satisfacción, no pierden tiempo en contestar...

Una estancia muy agradable. Fui con una amiga y la verdad que nos sorprendió mucho, desde el trato de los trabajadores que fueron muy amables, las habitaciones estaban genial y muy limpias. Además como la idea era un poco de desconexión y relax, probamos el spa y el restaurante, un completo acierto para nosotras.

Hotel fantástico y muy bien ubicado. Recepción preciosa y el personal excelente. Fui de escapada con mi pareja y fue un completo acierto. Me ayudaron con todo. Tenía mis dudas pero después de esta experiencia, ya estamos queriendo volver.
