Large Hidden fees booking through ******* for this hotel? I Still had to pay a big extra amount after I prepaid everything for my 3-night stay that was expected during my booking on *******? Look how things like this had been added ad-hoc again and again to my billing - note from the AutoCamp manager “Upon further investigation on this matter it appears that your room reservation from ******* did not include the 14.195% Sales/Occupancy taxes that are standard on all bookings. As you were paying your own charges you would also be responsible for any taxes and fees associated with the ******* reservation. I did not see that there were no taxes associated with your ******* booking so I did not factor that additional expense in when we were in communication about your booking. “ I would NOT at all recommend going to this hotel anymore, bad customer experience having to get frustrated and unclear with hidden charges and I hate being charged without reasonable upfront expectation setup.

The place is clean and quiet. Good getaway from the city. I booked with ******* and as I was checking out. They charged me extra $ for cleaning fee. I did pay a good amount for a night and I’m surprised it wasn’t included in the first place. It also wasn’t mentioned when I was checking in, but I’m still giving a 5 star because it’s the best sleep I had in a long while. The staffing was super nice. They supplied us with lighter fluid and lighter stick to light our charcoal! Lots of places to hangout other than your own private area. It’s beautiful at night! Lots of stars! Their breakfast option is super simple but I like how simple it is. Just coffee, tea, and granola with milk. It was a great first experience for first time auto camping. I would definitely do this again.

Our glamping experience was pure magic! we were welcomed by heavy downpour but it made us connect with nature better. The rain did not stop us from enjoying the night, the staff provided an umbrella so we can still use the fire pit to grill our dinner.Surprised how spacious the air stream was! We felt safe as the property is gated. We had a blast ! Thank you !

You can purchase a log there for $9. There’s extra shower at the front desk. Breakfast is only complimentary coffee, tea and cereal thats it.

not for couples Clean. Nice concept; however not for couples or anyone trying to get a decent nights sleep. This is for families with lots of kids and young adults who want to party during the evening. If you want to sleep at all, do not stay in a "luxury" tent.
