Lo único bueno; la atención por parte de la persona de la recepción"

"The only virtue of the hotel is the location.
The hotel is very old. I had a room on the 3rd floor that I didn't want to go in because of the unpleasant smell that felt from the threshold. The smell didn't disappear even when the window was open.
The whole 3rd floor (5 rooms) is one toilet! And it is combined with a shower. It had to wait 25 minutes to get to the toilet (!) because someone was washing in the shower all this time."
GGuest UserI accidentally booked the wrong date so that when I arrived, I contacted the housekeeper and found that it was booked the next day. They immediately helped me change the order date and free up the room for us to stay. There was no extra charge. It really saved my life!
The room is spacious, the bathroom is very clean, and the laundry is free, which is really good for people who take the pilgrimage!
GGuest UserGreat location, few minutes walk from cathedral, old town and great choice of restuarants nearby. Room is clean, sufficient for all my needs. Unbeatable value for it's price.
OopalropesereneGreat central location and beautiful old building . Room was simple and pleasant - perfect for me. Breakfast was not the best - cafeteria style, auto machine coffee, limited selection of items available - it was extremely busy and if you got up from table to fetch something from the buffet your place setting was likely to be whisked away. On the corridors to the rooms , it was extremely dark and most the automatic sensors for the lights were slow to activate, leaving you flapping your arms in the dark to trigger them.
AAlzy32Cheap and well-located pension. The check-in process was somewhat tedious as there is not normally anyone present. I needed to call and wait (maybe 15 minutes?) for someone to come and give me the key. Beyond that, the room and facilities are very dated but everything was mostly clean and functional. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the check-in area. The refrigerator/freezer is in need of a good cleaning as it smalls really bad and the freezer is full of frost/ice. Hairdryers are available but you need to ask for one. The workers are all very, very nice which made ip for those inconvenient things.
RRojasRicardoThere are things to improve that may cost money. I don't get in there. It's true that prices are very cheap and that more can't be asked.
But there are things that are free and can give you the reverse to this business that has everything to win:
1) Knowing to delegate, as in the lucio home , the mayor has already to let the dresses be taken to the younger. (That man could teach us a hill of knowledge)
2) Basic hostel rules, repay drinks, ask customers if everything is okay, NOT put the second dishes at the same time.
3) Laugh+Education +Laugh+Laugh (comes on the pay ....we have a good day or not)
4) if I have a full dish I always come back with a vacuum
5) practice welcome and goodbye, both for whom asks for a nice and for whom asks for a cut.( The coffee may be back tomorrow for nice)
6)A mule for q the door of the hostel no cottages.
7) You have to try the food and watch every day if we pass from salt point .....for eg.
I'm sure that the business reality is a lot of information I don't know.
Carefully,
A normal person who will come back next year to see you are the best of the a street
