The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and modern, shared bathroom was very upmarket. Loved the timber floors. Would be great to have a sink somewhere for filling kettle, washing personal plates etc rather than using the bathroom.

Don’t you ever go with your kids there. We arrived at night, there were very suspicious people outside the hotel wondering the streets, used bags of ***** on the carpark, toilets full of beer cans, smoke smell all over the hotel, as soon as I arrived I wanted to leave. The only thing I wanted was to leave the hotel. Don’t come with KIDS.

Nice Apartment room i took with family with 2 beds and one bath and Toilet, rest rooms have clean sharing bath and toilets separate for men and women, as for Muslims its the best location as its 5 mins walk from Guildford Mosque and all Halal restaurant and sweets shops on the door steps of the hotel, its very best location and i would recommend this for any Muslim family, the only issue is you ned to pass the Bar and Pub if you park your car in the free parking of the hotel but from front of Hotel there is separate entrance so you don't need cross the bar and gaming rooms, its a bit loud on weekends but my Apartment room faced the main road so it was acceptable, staff was very friendly and very smooth check-in

We've stayed at this hotel multiple times whenever we travel to Sydney, and it never disappoints. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, which adds a personal touch to our stay. The location is incredibly convenient—right near the train station, with restaurants and grocery stores within easy reach. The clean and well-maintained rooms make it a comfortable choice every time. Highly recommended for frequent traveler's like us!

The apartment room is where we stay especially when family visit from interstate mainly because it's affordable and so spacious and comfortable. We've had no problem except when we're unable to get a room. Plus we've never had a problem with staff

Staff were incredibly rude and very, very unhelpful. I was really looking forward to a nice family dinner here. Now I regret ever coming at all. Definitely would NOT recommend. Not for families, not for anyone. Can't wait to leave tomorrow.

The room looked very good, and appeared very clean. Unfortunately the bed linen had urine stains and we had a bug in the room, when squished it had blood splatter out. Horrible. The hallway stank of faeces. The toilets weren't always clean and the hot water shower didn't heat up, so cold showers only. The lights in our room were dirty, needs a good clean. Down stairs was almost perfect in the bar and bistro. Very great atmosphere, and great hosts, very friendly. Close to local shops and take away foods, restaurants. Close to Guildford Station. Overall 4/5 rating. Fix the issues with the accomodation areas and it will be 5/5.

Double consider everything else before choosing this hotel, to avoid waste your money. Not family friendly nor understanding. We have attended the place and seeing they not suitable for our kid, has spoken to the staff the reasons and message the management for the reason we not stay in there. They still going ahead to charge us.
