酒店位置非常好，帶小孩很方便，走到馬路對面就是濱江路。步行就可以走到景區～房間衞生打掃的乾淨，下次有機會再入住。

衞生：衞生大部分都很乾凈，細節還有不足，江景房的玻璃該打掃了。衞生收拾的非常及時。環境和設施：酒店內環境還可以，樓道的地毯不新但是沒有異味。房間內也乾爽沒有異味。過敏性鼻炎也沒有被影響。就是江景房臨街開窗特別吵，白天這邊門口是公交站，對面是停車場，按喇叭比較頻繁，晚上有車炸街的擾民，早上七點還有人在江邊鍛鍊放音樂，關窗隔音還好。沒有小冰箱不方便，洗衣房不智能，沒有掃碼提醒，酒店房多人多，半夜十二點多還要搶洗衣機烘乾機。被子不舒服，蓋着熱的出汗，不開空調的情況下不蓋還冷，睡得不踏實。窗邊江景就那樣吧，非江景房路過看了一下景色就是其他樓的窗户。酒店位置還行，走着去景區，但是桂林很小沒必要離景區住這麼近。酒店大堂內有旅行社營業，會和入住或者出門的人推銷。天貓精靈很方便，電動窗簾也方便，智能馬桶很雞肋。誇一誇酒店服務人員，操作機器人送餐，接電話，送水，打掃都非常迅速，有應必答，在走廊遇到還會打招呼，非常親切，感謝你們的高質量服務。

酒店位於桂林市中心區域，步行到正陽步行街和兩江四湖景區都很方便。周邊餐飲選擇豐富，晚上想找宵夜也很容易。房間面積比想象中寬敞，裝修是現代簡約風格，乾淨整潔。床墊軟硬適中，睡起來很舒服。衞生間乾濕分離設計合理，淋浴水壓充足。特別喜歡那個大窗户，白天採光很好，晚上還能看到部分城景。

這個酒店離象鼻山很近，辦理入住的時候，工作人員的服務態度很好，房間也很不錯，特別是馬桶是智控的還配了濕紙巾，就一些小細節讓人很舒服，然後窗景特別不錯，可以直接躺在床上看風景了。退房的時候，服務員還問需不需要水可以拿兩瓶，雖然用不着，但是主動問還是讓人開心😁，早飯種類也多，總之入住體驗很不錯!
