It was good for the receptionist, all of them cold speak English. The rooms were okay, not the comfortable beds at all.

Great hotel, but there's no elevator. The hostesses speak English perfectly. The room is very clean.

Good value for Money. Central location in walking distance to the most scenic areas. The staff spoke good English and also booked a taxi directly to my next hotel which was as cheap as the bus, very convenient.

This small hotel in Guilin was an absolute delight and made our trip even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the Li River, the famous Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and local shops. Despite being so central, the hotel is tucked away in a quiet street, making it easy to relax after a busy day exploring. The rooms are bright, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed: good air conditioning, reliable Wi-Fi, and cozy beds. What truly made the experience stand out was the amazing service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible. They spoke excellent English, gave us great local tips, and helped us arrange boat tours and transportation around Guilin and Yangshuo. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff even accommodated our early departure with a takeaway option. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness. If you’re looking for a warm and welcoming base in Guilin, this hotel is a perfect choice. The combination of its fantastic location and outstanding service makes it a true hidden gem!
