離開桂林最後一天選擇了市區裏的他家，早餐不錯，服務人員都很熱情。酒店是老酒店，配套比較老但是該有的都有。尊賓大床建議大家來定在4樓，比行政樓層套房5層房間還要好。除了一個灰衣服的前台女士，應該是經理吧説話陰陽怪氣的以外。整體就是他家該有的水平規規矩矩，挺好的。

一個有些年頭的酒店了，據説是桂林的第一家五星級酒店🏨地理位置優越，去灕江碼頭或者象鼻山都很近，走路的距離，劇院也很近，感謝前台的帥哥，給我安排了一個好的房型，現在是旅遊旺季，酒店隨處可見外國友人，早餐品種也還不錯，早上起得早的話，可以沿灕江邊走一圈，避開洶湧人潮

整體對這次入住很不滿意
1. 衞生角度，如圖，5星級的酒店，下水口上銹，洗水池發黴，就連毛巾架也有巨大污漬，後來我是用了自己隨身攜帶的衣服掛（我承認我有潔癖，但是我認為這種污嘖，不應該出現在五星級酒店裡）
2. 設施角度，我也不知道為什麼酒店在客房內不提供紙巾，衹有在衞生間一個位置提供紙巾。但是我覺得紙巾的質量，提供的水的質量都挺普通挺差的。
3. 服務，我入住後在房間定了外賣，然後就去洗澡了，洗澡過程中接到電話説外賣不能上樓，需要客人自己去取，當時洗完澡要自己去取外賣我本身就很煩躁，後來下了樓去取外賣，問招待處的人員為什麼要自己去取，哪怕沒有機器人送上門，酒店也應該提供服務送到房間，結果招待處的人員一臉不屑的説，跟他有什麼關係，跟他説不着。後來氣不過找到值班經理，值班經理的因為“食品安全，所以外賣不經他人手”説法我是勉強接受的。後來在退房的時候為我準備了水果，但是我還是挺生氣的，我入住不是為了水果，是為了享受全方位的“5星級”應該有的品質。
4. 也是生了氣之後，詢問酒店人員，在訂房的時候顯示的“歡迎禮品”是什麼，之後才得知可以享受旅拍5張免費照片，其實這個我也挺不舒服的，我也是通過詢問才知道的，而不是被主動告知，積極主動的態度我認為對於星級酒店來説也挺重要的。
5. 旅拍的小姐姐，這是我這個旅程中最開心的部分，服務認真負責，態度特別好，特別尊重我們的拍攝想法，最後選了5張照片，這是唯一開心的經歷，感謝旅拍小姐姐。
