Club Med Guilin

This is my first time to Guilin Club Med, and the experience is great! The guest rooms are simple and elegant, in line with my aesthetics, and very practical. Miss Nina, who is beautiful and kind, gave us thoughtful service from check-in to check-out. The park is very large and there are many activities. We participated in cycling, hiking, yoga, Ba Duan Jin and other activities. The daily buffet, bar, and noodle bar are all great. The GO team is great as a whole, and every GO is great. The most impressive ones are Lim, Circle, and Appy. I brought my children here. After breakfast every day, I went to the mini club. The staff took a group of children to participate in a variety of activities, such as rock climbing, archery, football, feeding ducks, etc., and they didn’t even have to take care of them for lunch. The adults just had to play by themselves. Victor, Hilla, Emma, ​​Deemo, QQ, they are great, full of love, and give the children the best mini club activities! I rarely write such a long review, but I really like Guilin Club Med. It and all the staff here deserve five stars!

This is my third visit to Guilin Clubmed, and I have been pleasantly surprised. My kids love it so much that they stayed one more day instead of the original two-night itinerary. We experienced the fun and wonderful New Year's Eve activities, including cocktail party + lucky draw, theme musical, New Year's Eve countdown + fireworks, carnival dance, and of course the sumptuous New Year's Eve dinner. The hotel staff is also very kind and considerate. Village chief Lim and room supervisor Circle come to greet us every day, front desk Nana and Donna actively help coordinate various needs, flying trapeze artists Jackie, Tony, and Manilou trained my daughter to complete docking stunts, and Jason also considerately helped take photos to leave a good impression. Mila from the youth club accompanied the kids to spend a few happy days. Of course, entertainment general manager Peggy and Zumba/cycling coach Appy are also very professional, dedicated, and enthusiastic, making our activity experience perfect. My kids said they want to come again on the next holiday. I really love Clubmed, and I also have some suggestions. I hope it will get better and better: 1. The hotel has been open for more than 10 years, and it is recommended that some hardware facilities can be updated, such as the microphone in the karaoke room has poor contact. 2. When there are guests, the two lifeguards at the indoor swimming pool can chat in a lower volume.

The environment is very good. The service is satisfactory. Thanks to Iris Nana Logan at the front desk and chef Jason. The cave exploration is great! There are only a few activities for a three-and-a-half-year-old child. I hope to develop more in the future.
